You can ask us to delete your Shubho Milan account and personal data at any time, from the app (Profile › Settings › Delete account) or using the form on this page.
1. What happens
- We verify the request with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- Your account is closed and your profile, wedding plans, shortlist and messages are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
- Reviews you posted are anonymised (shown without your name) or removed.
2. What we must keep
Booking, invoice and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law (generally 8 years), and only used for that purpose.
3. Before you delete
- Upcoming bookings must be completed or cancelled first (cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
- Vendors must settle pending payouts and open bookings before the business account can be closed.
